## Plan Advisor

An alternative to filtering manually: a three-question wizard that narrows 500+ plans down to a shortlist. No account or email required, and the result is shown immediately.

The three questions are:

1. Region — where the user downloads from: Europe, North America, South America, Africa, or Asia/Oceania. Determines which server locations give low latency.
2. Usage — how much they download: rarely, regularly, or power user. Determines whether block accounts, prepaid, or unlimited subscriptions fit.
3. Priority — what matters most: price, performance, privacy, or flexibility.

The result is the three highest-scoring plans, deliberately drawn from three different providers so the shortlist is not dominated by one company. If a combination has too few matching plans, the criteria are widened step by step rather than returning an empty result.
